Second, as a gateway defense, it blocks email threats from entering a customer’s network. With junk mail comprising 90% or more of email for many organizations, this translates to a substantial reduction in network bandwidth and in the load upon an organization’s email infrastructure.
Third, and most important, it improves productivity by substantially reducing the time that technical staff and email users spend managing junk mail.
